Meet Our Team
Gordon Duncan
Gordon has been married to his wife, Amy, for over 24 years, and they are the proud parents of three daughters. Gordon has been an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) for the past 17 years. His father was a Southern Baptist minister, and Amy’s father was an independent Baptist minister. They both joke that they’ve been attending church since nine months before they were born.
Gordon has planted two churches and served as an elder of a church that planted six churches, and the staff of Church Training Partners (CTP) has personally planted a total of seven churches. Over the last 15 years, they have coached and mentored hundreds of church planters and pastors.
Gordon is the editor of Gospel Rich Books . He has written over 10 books for the church, four of which were bestsellers, but he is most proud of the two biographies he wrote for his late parents.
In addition to working in the church, Gordon is the co-owner of Capitalize Marketing and Consulting, and he has written seven books for the eye-care industry, six of which were bestsellers in four different countries.
An epilepsy fighter, Gordon is a 20-time marathoner and seeks to encourage everyone to respect all movement. His mantra is “Respect all movement—no matter if it’s big or small.”
Amy Duncan
Amy is the social media strategist for Capitalize Marketing and Consulting and has worked in the manufacturing, counseling, spa, fitness, travel, insurance, medical, and nonprofit fields. She is experienced in coaching and counseling church planters and pastors’ wives.
She is a thankful cancer survivor and advocates for the health and well-being of anyone who will listen to her story.
